  100% PASTURE - The unique geographical location and the mild climate offer perfect conditions for year-round grazing . This is not only crucial for animal welfare . Pasture farming reduces the spread of disease and thus avoids the use of antibiotics .

  
  

  MCT OIL ALTERNATIVE - With an average content of 25% MCT fats, clarified butter is an excellent alternative to coconut oil and caprylic acid for increasing ketone bodies. It also contains butyric acid, which supplements the microbiome.

The ghee comes from a small producer, Azorghee, in the Azores with whom we have developed a close business relationship. Azorghee was only available in Portugal. After months of work, we set up ways to get the butter from the remote island to Germany. Apart from additional costs for shipping-safe packaging, payment services, Google, etc., this is of course not possible anywhere near the domestic price of Azorghee, especially since the manufacturer sells to domestic customers with a very small margin and we therefore pay almost the same price when purchasing.
