Application

Mix 3 tablespoons of protein powder with 250-300ml milk or water in a shaker with a mixing ball or a stirrer. Please find out about your individual protein requirements. This can vary greatly and also depends heavily on your diet, such as keto, low-carb, etc.
We recommend consuming 30g one to three times per day.

For us, protein powder is a natural product - with Weide Whey Body&Mind it even contains just one ingredient. Using the gentle CFM process and spray drying, the protein is concentrated from pasture milk in the ceramic filter. Unlike many conventional protein powders, we add absolutely no additives, not even lecithin.
